My Japanese book published in 2022 “「調子いい!」が続く姿勢と呼吸の整え方(How to keep good condition with coordination of mind and body, and Ki Breathing)“ has been translated into Chinese and published in Taiwan.
This book is based on my lecture when I appeared on TV program called “Asaichi” broadcasting by NHK in Japan. The theme was “Life with Ki-Aikido” and I told how to practice right posture and Ki breathing to get mind and body that don’t get tired easily.
There are students who practice Ki-Aikido in Taiwan. I hope this book will help their Ki-Aikido practice and daily life.
